RICHMOND, Va. –(Business Wire)–

AMC Technology, a global leader in multi-channel contact center
integration software, today announced it has received tremendous
response in the marketplace this past quarter in their CRM integration
with Cisco into salesforce.com and Microsoft (NewsAlert) CRM. On July 1, 2011 Cisco
announced the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates of June 30, 2011 for the
Cisco Unified CallConnector for Salesforce and Microsoft CRM. Cisco (NewsAlert) is
not offering a replacement for either solution at this time; however,
information on AMC’s fully certified and supported adapters for
salesforce.com and Microsoft CRM can be found on the Cisco Developer
Network website.

Cisco’s recent announcement of EOL/EOS for both Salesforce and Microsoft
CRM re-emphasizes the need in the global market for fully certified and
supported CRM application integration. For over 15 years, AMC has
provided fully certified and supported integration with all of Cisco’s
Contact Center platforms into not only Salesforce and Microsoft CRM, but
many other leading CRM applications as well such as Siebel, SAP, Oracle (NewsAlert)
