: CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution to Support Expansion of Home Credit Bank in Russia

Cisco today announced that a new network infrastructure management system based on CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution (LMS) was deployed at Home Credit Bank, one of the largest banks by consumer credit volume. CTI, a Cisco Gold Certified Partner in Russia,won the bid to deliver and deploy the solution.

The implementation of the project was stimulated by switching to a universal retail business model that requires a fast and active expansion of the bank's branch network across Russia . To preserve its leading position in the financial retail market, Home Credit Bank needed to expand its presence in the Russian regions.

CiscoWorks LMS software helped eliminate downtime of the bank's network thanks to an embedded centralized management engine supplied by Cisco. As a result, the project helped the bank to roll out new branches much faster than ever before.

Key Facts / Highlights: The project started in October 2010. CTI specialists evaluated the Home Credit Bank network, installed CiscoWorks LMS, launched it into operation after appropriate fine-tuning, and provided training to the bank employees. CiscoWorks LMS helps manage more than 150 network elements. In the near future all Cisco®products installed in the bank (about 800 units) will be managed by CiscoWorks LMS.
